Summer invites us to soften into flow, reconnect with our inner vitality, and find balance within the warmth and fullness of the season. As the days stretch longer and nature pulses with life, we are called to slow down, cool the nervous system, and nourish body, mind, and spirit.
This Yoga & Acupuncture session combines the grounding stillness of Yin Yoga with acupuncture woven seamlessly into each posture. As you rest in long-held, supported shapes, one or two acupuncture needles are gently placed by Chole to harmonize the corresponding meridians, enhancing both the physical stretch and energetic flow.
To deepen the experience, 4 Crones will create a supportive stone grid inspired by the healing energy of summer and provide a thoughtfully selected stone for each participant to work with during the session and take home afterward.

Sound Journey and Stones: Rooted Renewal
with Annmarie of Resounding Well
Join us for an immersive sound journey guided by Annmarie, attuned to the energy of the New Moon on July 14th—a potent time for reset, intention, and inner restoration.
This experience invites you into the healing of emotional patterns while reconnecting to your roots—your foundation, your sense of safety, and your belonging. Through a carefully curated soundscape, Annmarie weaves frequencies that support full chakra balancing, with a focused grounding in the root chakra.
At the center of this experience, 4 Crones will co-create a supportive stone grid, intentionally designed to anchor and amplify the energy of the journey. Each participant will also receive a stone to work with during the session-one you will take home as a tangible reminder of your intention and integration.
